ITB was formed by Xolile Melamane and Sammy Khanyile who both studied Sport and Recreation Management and on the field specialized in teambuilding and facilitation. They have recently partnered with Simon Mashinini whom has extensive experience in Teambuilding and Event Management. Resulting from this recent partnership, ITB is currently designing new and innovative team building programs to add to our portfolio.
Ours is a legitimate BEE company that is 100% black owned and managed. Our teambuilding programs focus on the soft skills to grow a team in the working environment, skills such as Problem solving, enhancing one's Emotional Intelligence, self and team motivation, communication skills, trust, team support which together improve productivity and unity amongst teams. Intensive teambuilding is also on the forefront of event management.
