



The delegates will work together to achieve different task given to them, if it happens that the group is big, then they will be divided into smaller group. The activities will scattered around a city where they’ll have a map for the city and clues on how to get to the challenge. The delegates will have to use the map to find the activities around that city, when they get to the challenge they’ll have to complete the challenge in order to get their next clue continue to their next challenge. This teambuilding activity can range in duration from 3 hours to a couple of days depending on location and budget. The Amazing Challenge team building event is ideal for group sizes from 5 people up to larger groups of over 100. It can be delivered within a resort setting or spanning the boundaries of a community or city.
Amazing Race consists of various tasks, which need to be completed by each team, individually in order the team progress to the next activity or task. The first team to complete all the activities is the winning team. These activities are valuable in planning, observation and effective strategizing. It also enhance communication, time management, team dynamics, ability to remain focused, leadership and think clearly while under pressure.
Raft building can be done in many ways, from building a raft to carry a team to cross the dam or river or a lake. It's traditionally involved to build a raft from various objects, usually poles, ropes and barrels. This activity promotes team work and cooperation as well as testing out the group planning, design and their concepts of building items or project from scratch. Most water based activities, getting wet is part of the fun.
Archery, Sling, Paintball and Clay Pigeon Shooting, can provide a welcome change where skill, judgment and a cool head count more than speed and adrenaline. There is nothing good like the feeling of hitting the target for the first time. The activity doesn't require lot of energy to participate. Target shooting is a great team leveller, and you may well be surprised who emerges from your team as the new Robin Hood!
The power of drums for team building has been used by mankind and tribal motivation for thousands of years. All the teams arrive back to find the main room has been transformed into a sea of drums and exotic instruments. Immediately our Drum Master will have the entire room playing together and making music. Who can remember the team's Signature Rhythm? Our Rhythm Master hears each team's separate rhythms which are interlinked to play one amazing sound. Each Signature Rhythm is layered on top of the other to reveal one true sound or unified Rhythm. Interactive drumming is a cutting edge psychological tool used effectively in the corporate environment for team building and communication. Gumboot dancing originated in the gold mines of Johannesburg, deep down in the shafts. The miners used the sounds of stepping together, smacking their boots, clapping their hands and dancing together to create a gumboot dance rhythm to distract them from the long treacherous hours beneath the ground and to operate as a team.
The Pyramid exercises will help your team improve their time management, delegation, internal relations, communication and problem solving skills. When teams arrive at this challenge they are faced with a pyramid of seven large colored blocks. All they have to do is to rebuild the pyramid.

Your team has to build a bridge across The Great River. A contract to build half of the bridge has been awarded to you and a company on the far bank will build the other half. Tensions have been high between the two sides of the river for generations and the government hopes that this bridge will be a sign of future co-operation and friendship However; communication is still not free and open. The two construction teams may only communicate through appointed representatives who meet on neutral territory away from the construction sites according to a strict timetable. During their meetings only verbal communication is allowed. No drawings, materials or other objects are allowed. Effective communication will result in two matching designs that can be joined to form the friendship bridge. If the representatives fail to communicate effectively with each other and their teams, they finished halves of the bridge will not join together.

OUTPLAY: The central playing area is set up as a live casino, with a table and where teams can gamble their hard earned money from the activities they have just played and risk their earnings to make even more!

Using sand and your hands you learn the art of sandology and learn to build the most incredible sculptures. Fun for all! Intensive Team Building has created a great beach activity that involves all participants. A team building program that sees each team creates things from nothing, something that looks fantastic.
These consist of a variety of fun problem solving activities where individuals within teams need to work together to solve really challenging exercises! Your team has just a few minutes left to go before your catapult is put to the test. Yes, it's true, you and your fellow team members have just designed and constructed a catapult out of the most unlikely materials…and it actually works! As your first shot hurls through the air, you reflect on how your team arrived at this moment. You devise a strategy, overcame obstacles, outwit your opponents, used your resources wisely, and most importantly came together as a team. Which team catapult Launch can propel the furthest distance?
This exciting mixture of team building, wine making, and barrels of fun will take approximately 3 - 4 hours. Wine making is both fun and exciting – a competition mixed with an element of learning, and a rewarding end result. All the lessons of teamwork are drawn on as the team discovers if it has the ability to create the right chemistry together. The teams go through all the steps of making wine. The teams go through an amazing learning curve as they establish the correct mix of concentrated, fruit, yeast nutrient, water and a range of commonly unknown ingredients… to lead to an enjoyable end result. We have large barrels that team members get into with bare feet to squash the grapes. The amount of different ingredients available for making wine is unlimited. The only thing is limiting you is whether or not the resulting concoction will be palatably intoxicating, unpalatable or downright poisonous. Common sense will usually serve you well enough. The team also designs their own label for their wines. We complete the management of the stages of fermentation for the group. The bottles provide a fantastic opportunity to follow-up on the lessons and value of Teambuilding in and up to 3-4 months as the wine becomes drinkable. The bottled wine with their labels will be delivered to your office at these points.
These are fun activities and are designed to stimulate conversation on the complex issue of cultural diversity within teams. The process involves a series of fun filled indigenous African Games whereby teams need to give instructions to each other on the rules and how they need to score the process. You visually see a transformation of attitudes as the process progresses and the cultures within the group start understanding what the game at hand is all about, its origins and why it was traditionally played
By using the compass and a map provided, your objective is to find a hidden treasure, along the way you face difficulties and many obstacles to challenge the entire group; in case of a large group we will split the group into teams and send them on a unique treasure hunt navigating with their own compass. The event can be customized to suit your requirements. The event is not too difficult as we want everyone to enjoy it and take away some new experiences. First group to complete the mission will locate the “hidden treasure” and the reward is normally is the treasure.
High ropes can be seen as the ultimate group or team challenge. Ropes courses are combination of both vertical challenges and horizontal challenges, constructed from wood, cable and ropes installed above the ground and strung between trees, wood poles or steel framework. Thinking out of the box. When groups or individuals go up on a ropes course there is a great opportunity for them to learn about risk taking, their own perceived limits, how they perform under pressure, how they give and receive support from other people, and how working with others collaboratively can help an individual achieve more than he/she thought they could accomplish.
Low ropes courses, are problems or obstacles that challenge groups both mentally and physically. These challenges require teamwork to be completed successfully. All participants must work together to accomplish the tasks and they act as safety as systems for one another. These activities allow the trainer or facilitator to work right with the group, helping them deal with teamwork objectives, and preparing them for bigger challenges, such as high ropes course or the challenges found in the working environment.
